Gali Beh
Gali has been developing the HET system and serving clients since 2002, when she founded the management consulting practice of Highly Effective Teams®. She relies on the HET team management system to deliver results on client engagements while maintaining productivity and wellbeing for her clients and her team.
Gali is an an expert at clearing paths to results, productivity, and excellence by fostering high-performance teamwork and bringing order out of chaos. She helps organizations turn ambitious strategies into realistic, actionable plans, execute those plans with productivity and efficiency, and report on progress for accountability, problem solving, and learning. She sets compelling visions, persistently focuses on meaningful goals, and harnesses the creativity and collaboration needed to bring new solutions to persistent problems.
Prior to founding Highly Effective Teams, Gali was a consultant with McKinsey and Company. She has an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business with a Certificate in Nonprofit Management and a BA in Sociology from Rice University.

Terra Lenihan
Terra Lenihan is a nonprofit consultant on a mission to make our planet healthier and more equitable for everyone! She loves helping organizations achieve their goals by enhancing internal systems and culture, by harnessing individual effectiveness and the power of healthy teamwork, and by advising on fundraising strategies in the ever-changing world of development. Terra facilitates strategic planning, team building, conflict resolution, and other valuable workshops to help organizations achieve their mission with clarity and purpose.
Teaching from an inclusive, people-first approach, Terra was a sought-after coach and trainer at The Nature Conservancy, where for ten years she helped teams from all over the world develop skills in project management and interpersonal communications so they could more effectively reach their 2030 conservation goals.
Terra is an accredited Enneagram coach and facilitator, and is trained in the Highly Effective Teams® system. She lives in Broomfield, Colorado and has two tall young adult kids and a shorty jack russell terrier. She believes that now more than ever, we need all the community and nature we can get. Terra loves to get outside every day, which is easy to do in Colorado. She enjoys volunteering, and currently serves on the Broomfield Open Space Foundation as vice chair, and with the Broomfield Sister Cities Cheyenne & Arapaho group

Christina Thompson
Christina Thompson helps individuals, teams, and organizations unlock their full potential using the best in project management tools. Her motto is “Successful projects. Thriving Teams. Better World.”
Christina has worked in project management and public education and training for over 12 years, including as a project management trainer, coach, and program manager for The Nature Conservancy and The Climate Reality Project. She’s helped teams around the world launch, implement, and troubleshoot their projects, grants and programs to deliver excellent results on time and at or under budget.
She’s supported entry-level professionals and executives with individualized coaching to plan and execute their work, address workplace conflict, build new strategies and programs, and successfully navigate organizational culture challenges. Her inclusive approach to dialogue and commitment to collaboration make her a highly skilled facilitator and coach.
