Group of People with Hands Raised

Our Team

HET® exists to make the world a better team, so that together, we can all make the world a better place.

We believe that skilled, happy and healthy people produce better results, that passion-driven organizations succeed when we bring our whole selves to work, and that peak team experiences improve our lives and our ability to change the world.

Gali Beh

Gali Beh

Gali has been developing the HET system and serving clients since 2002, when she founded the management consulting practice of Highly Effective Teams®. She relies on the HET team management system to deliver results on client engagements while maintaining health and happiness for her clients and her team.

Ever since her days as a Sociology major in college, Gali has been fascinated by people in groups. She is most alive when deep in conversation with friends, colleagues, and virtual strangers, about life, feelings, issues at work, and how they might be related to childhood experiences. As an Enneagram Type 2, she is working on remembering that not everyone likes to talk like this.

Prior to founding Highly Effective Teams, Gali was a consultant with McKinsey and Company. She has an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business with a Certificate in Nonprofit Management and a BA in Sociology from Rice University.

She is consistently cool-headed, providing a calming and soothing presence on the team.

Sally is also a consultant with Highly Effective Teams, where she specializes in project management, Enneagram coaching, market research, and analysis.

Previously, she was a senior market research analyst at Mattel, Princess Cruises, and Schlage Lock Company.
